1) Offer + Message

Get painfully clear on the problem, promise, and proof. Your strongest angle sits where your best customer’s pain overlaps with your unique advantage.

  • Define the 1-sentence value prop
  • Stack undeniable proof (metrics, case studies, outcomes)
  • Remove vague claims and fluff

2) Creative That Tests Hypotheses

Ads are experiments. Each concept should test a hypothesis: angle, hook, format, or objection. Learn fast and retire losers quickly.

Good creative is a process. Your winner is usually concept #7–#15, not #1.

3) Pages That Sell

Pages should reduce friction and raise buying intent. Tight headline, clear next step, social proof above the fold, and strong CTA density.

4) Measure Truthfully

ROAS and CAC beat CTR and CPM. Instrument tracking so we can attribute wins and cut waste.

5) Iterate Relentlessly

Ship weekly. Use learnings to inform the next creative cycle, the next headline, the next offer.
